My 2017 wedding season was awesome. It went like this:
Winter
In January I traveled to Canary Islands to photograph Marie and Jimmy’s adventurous wedding in Gran Canaria . It is my favourite destination and I wanted to book a wedding there for a long time. Back in the UK, I photographed Claire and Leslie’s wedding at the Botanic Garden in Edinburgh. Gillian and Peter had rustic barn for their wedding at Byre of Inchyra, the weather was glorious.

Spring
Kirsty & Chris wedding celebrations took place in the highlands at Glen Tanar. Ashleigh and Paul’s vintage inspired wedding at Baxter Pavillion & Woodlands Hotel in Dundee was great. I witnessed Beth & David’s intimate wedding in Leith too. Suzanne & Andrew had big wedding at Dalmahoy Country House Hotel. Bo and Grant’s DIY marquee wedding at Tullibole Castle was relaxed and fun, bride used her diy skills to create some magic. Michaela & Scott’s had bohemian relaxed wedding at Ravensheugh Log Cabin; love barefoot bride and tequila! Margarita & Michael’s wedding took place at Ballathie House Hotel. Emily & Dylan had intimate elopement in Edinburgh and finally, Natasha & Callum’s wedding at Aultmore Estate in Nethybridge had outstanding views.
Summer
Fanny & Neil traveled from Switzerland for their destination wedding at Prestonfield House Hotel in Edinburgh. Kara & William got married at amazing Duns Castle in the Scottish Borders. Jennifer & Cameron had a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony at Colstoun House. Jessica & Spencer from Texas decided to elope to moody Glencoe in the Scottish Highlands. Alice & David got married at Eastwood House in Dunkeld.
Aroa & Manuel had a secret wedding at Lothian Chambers. Ballet dancer Sophie married Kenny at rustic barn at St Andrews wedding barn. Claire & Graham tied the knot at Mansion House in the Edinburgh Zoo on a very rainy day. Grace & Angus traveled from Australia for their destination wedding at the Carberry Tower. Marina & Paul had an adventurous elopement with Highland Safaris. Molly & Byron travelled from the Carribean for destination wedding at Melville Castle.
Cory & Josh’s rustic wedding at Crail Community Hall was beautiful. Heather & Jordan came from Shetland for their Scottish wedding at Cameron House, Loch Lomond. Ashleen & Adam traveled from Australia for their relaxed wedding at Pratis Barn.

Autumn
What a perfect time for a wedding. Chloe and David had a beach wedding ceremony following a marquee reception at Harvest Moon glamping site. Laura & Daniel got married at Knockraich Farm. Tegen & Mitchell travelled from Australia for their wedding at the Edinburgh Castle. Hannah & Adam got married at the quirky Fingask Castle.
Kristy and Richard had a beautiful sunny wedding at my favourite Colstoun House. Jennifer & Chris got married in Luss at Loch Lomond. Megan and Chris had a colourful wedding at the Edinburgh Zoo. Katie & Craig planned Halloween inspired wedding at Killearn Village Hall while Vanessa and Emanuele traveled with their family & friends from Italy to have a real Scottish wedding at the Borthwick Castle.
Big thanks to all the couples who trusted me to document their wedding day. I honestly can’t wait to see what 2018 will bring!
