Elope to Scotland – my first elopement in 2025

Kicking off the wedding season with an unforgettable elopement! Hannah & Stuart traveled all the way from London to tie the knot in Edinburgh. With Heathrow flights being cancelled that weekend, it was a bit of a stressful journey, but they made it just in time for their heartfelt ceremony at the City Chambers’ European Room.

Surrounded by their closest family and friends, their intimate wedding was filled with love, laughter, and stunning Scottish charm. The celebration continued with a beautiful reception at Gleneagles—arguably the best place for a wedding in Edinburgh this time of year.

I absolutely loved Hannah’s wedding outfit—a chic bridal jumpsuit paired with a stylish top. It was elegant, modern, and effortlessly unique!

European Suite at the City Chambers

I don’t often cover weddings at the European Suite so glad I had a chance to visit the room again this year. It is much more spacious that the Alexander Suite and I love the decor on the walls.
